Louise Bayliss is the Managing Director and CEO of Setec BMPRO, a leading Australian provider of customized power management and control systems for recreational vehicles (RVs), gaming machines and medical devices.

Setec BMPRO specializes in highly reliable and innovative solutions, enabling organizations to power their adventures.

Louise joined the family business in 2000, when the business was hugely reliant on one customer. Within the next 10 years, she raised Setec BMPRO to greater heights, making a mark within the RV and gaming machine industry. Under Louise’s leadership, Setec BMPRO is now set to grow globally into a sustainable future, aiming to make significant presence in the US market, along with growth in Australia through additional products and moving across the outdoors sector, and enter the European market by 2026.

Louise attributes her empowering journey to her parents who started the company, her husband who challenges her to achieve at every opportunity and many successful business leaders from whom she continues to be inspired through the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) network.

As a seasoned CEO, Louise has over 20 years of experience in customer acquisition, strategic planning, product development and business operations management in the manufacturing industry. Passionate about the use of innovative technology in the RV industry, she is equally focused on the development of Australian manufacturing and women in business.
