Althea Lim is the co-founder and Group CEO of Gushcloud International, a Singapore-based influencer technology marketplace platform. With its roots in 11 countries and a dedicated team of over 300 employees, Gushcloud helps various global brands find their audience via influencers and content creators.

Inspired by the dynamic creator, influencer and entertainment scene, Althea founded her first company in 2010. In 2012, she co-founded Gushcloud. Guided by an intrinsic belief in the influencer market's potential, she secured initial funding and began expanding the footprint.

Since stepping into the role of Group CEO in 2017, Althea has been instrumental in transforming Gushcloud into a global enterprise. Today, Gushcloud has its presence in Malaysia, Thailand, US and Australia, among others. The Group will start its Middle East operations in Abu Dhabi, UAE, in 2024.

During her entrepreneurial journey, Althea received numerous accolades acknowledging her significant milestones, including landing the winning spot for the SME category at the Women Entrepreneur Awards 2023 and featuring in Tatler’s 2021 "Asia's Most Influential" list. She was named as one of the “Women Against the Odds” by Bangkok Post and Gushcloud was recognized as one of “Singapore's Fastest-Growing Companies” by The Straits Times in 2021.
