South Korea - EY Young Tax Professional of the Year 2023 finalist

BK is the finalist representing South Korea. He has a bachelor’s degree in Taxation from the University of Seoul in South Korea. He works with the International Tax and Transaction Services team in the EY office in Seoul. In this role, BK establishes transfer pricing strategy and policies, supports clients with documentation and compliance processes, and provides technical support in tax audit and disputes. He is also a mentor as part of an EY Ripples project. His first internship was with the National Assembly, and he worked for a large electronics company in Hungary for a year. BK loves Kendo (Kumdo in Korean), video games and traveling.
