How Carmen is building a better working world
“Decarbonization plans are not just about sustainability initiatives — they represent comprehensive transformations that affect every aspect of a business and its operating models. Success requires innovative strategies, technologies and change management. This is what inspired me to co-found EYCarbon — I wanted to realize my personal purpose of helping organizations realize their decarbonization plans and achieve broader transformation that adds value. Nothing motivates me more than leading this change — uniting and motivating my team on how we can make EY clients’ business practices more sustainable and ethical."
