Tom serves as the EY Global Consulting SAP Leader. He is also part of the Global Technology Consulting Leadership team.

Tom has over 20 years of experience leading digital transformations at Fortune 500 companies all over the world. At SAP, he was part of the Global Executive Leadership team. His most recent roles were Chief Business Officer, SAP Next Generation Cloud and Chief Growth Officer, SAP Digital Business Services, where he reported to the SAP Executive Board.

Tom also serves as a guest professor at the Department of Network Economics, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in Germany, where he teaches Digital Technology Adoption.

Tom holds a doctorate degree in Science with a focus on supply chain optimization. He studied at Stanford, Newcastle and Budapest universities.
