Over the last 25 years, Grant has built a strategy practice advising ambitious executives on their most critical issues. He helps his clients create powerful strategies that can be explained with confidence to employees, the market and broader stakeholders – clear plans, clearly communicated.
He is by nature a generalist; much of his strategy work arises from drawing powerful if unrecognized analogies across sectors and from beyond business. Even so, he has built deep expertise across a range of sectors vital to creating a more sustainable economy.
Grant has an Honors degree in Medical Physics from the University of New South Wales.
How Grant is building a better working world
Grant has helped clients create new energy businesses; develop strategies to make economies more circular; create new economic development precincts; and chart plans to a lower carbon future.
Always, his focus has been on helping clients define and achieve success in terms that make sense for them, their firm and their broader context.
Grant’s published work includes reports into Australia’s mining sector competitiveness, Australia’s agricultural potential, and the deployment of emerging, renewable energy technology to develop Papua New Guinea’s economy.
