Joanna has more than 15 years of experience helping leading financial institutions design and implement optimization strategies fueled by data-driven insights. She has worked with a number of leading wealth and asset management clients helping them rethink distribution strategies to empower their salesforce through digital transformation. She also supported the development of client pricing and compensation strategies for their salesforce as well as the development of a new financial planning platform for financial services representatives.
Prior to EY, Joanna worked for a number of boutique consulting firms that specialized in analytics for financial services companies. In those roles, she led teams through various engagements, ranging from the development of a ‘product recommender' solution for a leading trade processing company to customer micro-segmentation analysis and large-scale trading systems implementations.
Joanna has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics from Lake Forest College.
