Keiran is the EY Regional Strategy and Transactions & Restructuring Leader for the Bahamas, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands and Turks and Caicos. He has been with EY since 1999 and has more than 25 years’ experience in leading projects in corporate and financial services reorganization and reconstruction across multiple jurisdictions.

Currently, Keiran is an appointee in Regulator, Court and private insolvency appointments in the Cayman Islands, the Bahamas, Bermuda, and Nevis. He has provided restructuring advice to companies, funds and financial institutions in financial distress and has led asset management review and forensic investigation assignments.

Keiran is member of CIIPA, RISA (Cayman), INSOL, ABI and ARITA and is a Registered Australian Official Liquidator. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business and a post-graduate degree in Advanced Accounting from Queensland University of Technology.

Keiran believes in community engagement and in supporting diversity. He is a board member of Cayman Hospice and an enthusiastic supporter of 100 Women in Finance, a philanthropic organization that leverages relationships through peer engagement and uses education to support women as they advance in their careers.
