Peter is EY EMEIA People Advisory Services Leader, overseeing a diverse team of over 5,000 professionals who work passionately to provide a holistic approach to EY clients’ people-related challenges.
Peter has over 25 years of experience in professional services and has worked alongside multinational and European- headquartered businesses in all major industries. Over the course of his career, Peter has led global mobility and tax projects for some of the world’s largest organizations.
Peter has also served as chairman and President on several committees outside of EY, including the American Chamber of Commerce and the Association of European Businesses in Russia, as well as the Russian chapter of the Institute of Global Mobility.
Peter graduated with honors from Yale University, with a bachelor’s degree in Russian and East European Studies and speaks fluent English and Russian, with proficiency in German.
