With over 17 years of experience in professional services, working across sectors and in country, area and global roles, Ralf co-leads the firm’s Growing Beyond Borders™ program, globally.

Since joining EY in 2006, Ralf held positions in the UK&I Knowledge function, the EMEIA Financial Services Markets team, moving to Global Markets to lead the rollout of EY’s international ‘Cube’ network, a series of collaborative, technology-enabled, interactive meeting spaces in 20+ global locations, to enable better client connections and cross-functional collaboration.

Ralf holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Technology, Innovation Studies and Communications from the University of East London.
