Ray is EY Global Assurance Markets Leader. He is skilled at managing large, complex corporate clients and leading both business development and client-serving teams. Prior to his current role, Ray served as the Business Development leader for the EY EMEIA Area, leading a team of 650 Business Development Professionals.

Ray has over 30 years of experience, including assignments in the US, Australia, Germany and the UK.

Prior to joining EY, Ray spent 13 years in a number of successively larger sales and management positions at a Fortune 500 company.

Ray holds a BS in Psychology from Florida State University and completed the Executive Management Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
