If we don’t solve our own pain points and drive profitable growth, then someone else will do it to us. Some have even said ‘digitize or die.’ I’m an eternal optimist, so I prefer ‘embracing digital.’

How Sophia is building a better working world

“I am helping to build a better working world by encouraging leaders to focus on business problems and understand the pain points of the new economy, rather than simply chasing one specific solution. Once the business pain points are solved, then we can incorporate the digital trends we love to talk about. This approach facilitates clarity on how to drive profitable growth.”
