How Steve is building a better working world
“Personally, I support the Social Business Trust, which combines UK businesses’ resources and expertise to accelerate the growth of social enterprise in the UK. We believe there are a number of social enterprises capable of scaling up their operations on a regional and national level and we have a clear and ambitious goal: to help transform the impact of social enterprises and thereby improve the lives of over a million of the UK’s most disadvantaged people.
In addition, I am an active supporter and speaker on diversity and inclusiveness, believing that a diverse workforce is a commercial imperative for business success. I was recognized by the OUTstanding Professional Network for my impact on lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender inclusion inside and outside the workplace and was named for the third year running in the Financial Times’ 2016 Ally Executives list.”
