Tzu-Chung (TC) Liang

TC has over 20 years of experience across a broad range of areas including C-suite level management, strategy formulation and mergers & acquisitions. He currently leads EY's Financial Services Strategy and Transactions team across the ASEAN region. He is also one of the founding members of EY’s Transaction Strategy and Execution practice in Greater China.

TC's areas of expertise include large-scale and complex integration and divestiture projects, joint venture setup planning and implementation, target operating model and organization design, synergy identification and implementation, market entry strategy, and deal advisory.

Before joining EY, TC served as CFO for the international business of one of the world’s largest Fintech companies, with businesses spanning payments, insurance, e-wallets, digital banks, wealth management, lending and credit.

TC is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He studied Bachelor of Accountancy (First Class Honors) in Nanyang Technology University, Singapore.
