Algeria signs OECD Multilateral Convention (MLI)

On 17 June 2024, at the offices of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in Paris, Algeria signed the OECD Multilateral Convention to implement tax treaty-related measures to prevent base erosion and profit shifting ("Multilateral Instrument" or "BEPS MLI").

Algeria becomes the 103rd jurisdiction to join the MLI.
