The Algerian tax authorities have extended the deadline for filing the annual tax declaration to 31 May. This news was announced through the publication of note N° 18/MF/DGI/2024 and a press release issued on 21 April 2024.
Specifically, the General Directorate of taxes "DGI" has informed all taxpayers that the deadline for filing the annual income declarations (G4 and G11) and the annual personal income declaration (G1) for the fiscal year 2023, along with the attached documents, has been extended until 31 May 2024.
Considering that 31 May 2024 falls on Friday (weekend in Algeria) the applicable deadline should be Sunday 2 June 2024.
This measure also applies to the transfer pricing declaration, which should be submitted electronically.
