Emerging practices for overseeing cybersecurity risk

Join the EY Center for Board Matters for another episode in our webcast series, Better Questions for Boards, which is designed to provide directors with insights and questions to consider as they engage with management and stakeholders on a variety of complex boardroom issues. The cyber threat is dynamic and continuous. As a director, it’s not necessary to be highly technical in order to understand cybersecurity risk, but you should learn enough to ask thoughtful questions and make sure that management’s answers are complete and clear, giving you the information you need to effectively oversee the related business risks.
