Having started her EY career journey in 1996, Anoushka has held several core business service roles over the years, finally joining the Talent team in 2014.
Anoushka is primarily responsible for student recruitment across the Channel Islands offices in Guernsey and Jersey. Her role involves coordinating the Channel Islands work experience programs, conducting interviews and supporting trainees through the onboarding process to ensure they quickly settle into life at EY. Anoushka introduces trainees to their buddies and career counsellors, and also coordinates the logistics of them beginning their professional qualifications.
She has completed her Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualification and the Award in Education and Training.
