Why start here at EY?
Your curiosity and enthusiasm will help us build a better working world together.
From work experience for sixth formers, to summer internships for undergraduates, to school leaver and graduate training programmes - you can find a role at EY in the Channel Islands that will help you learn, lead and kickstart your career.
Which business area interests you?
Our trainees in the Channel Islands can choose to join our team in Assurance, Tax or Technology Risk.
Starting your career in Assurance will provide you with an extremely broad knowledge base and understanding of how businesses work. We work to make sure that businesses are protected from risks that can affect their reputation and performance. As external auditors, we help companies and governments publish accurate financial statements others can rely on.
Tax affects every aspect of our lives, and laws are often changing. We help local and global organisations from start ups to influential multinationals manage every element of their business’s tax. Our tax professionals apply their research and analytical skills to share their tax knowledge and expertise to provide innovative solutions for our diverse pool of clients.
Today’s businesses rely so heavily on IT and data that even the smallest mistake or security breach can ruin their reputation or business performance. We help them spot and reduce the risks of this happening. Being able to see the world differently through artificial intelligence and digital innovation provides trainees with exciting opportunities in the future of work. Our Channel Islands team are building bots to improve efficiencies and reduce repetitive, high-volume and administrative tasks.
Unlike other EY offices and other local professional services firms, we accept applications throughout the year for our student programmes.
Applications can close once roles within the teams have been filled - so we encourage you to apply as early as possible by registering your details with us using the link above.
Our Skills Academy programme is designed for students studying any subject at Level 3 (A-Level, International Baccalaureate (IB) or equivalent).
