Rafał is challenging the status quo to reinvent a global delivery model.
Rafał Brzoska wanted to change the status quo when he began building his logistics empire in 2006. Driven by the desire to introduce solutions that have a real impact on how we live, learn, work and consume, he launched InPost to directly challenge the state-run Polish Post.
InPost first focused on door-to-door delivery, but it proved unsustainable. So Rafał introduced a network of innovative self-service lockers, offering recipients more flexibility and control over their parcel deliveries. This network model is environmentally friendly as locker use is estimated to reduce CO2 emissions from vehicle deliveries as well as traffic congestion. Today, 94% of online shoppers in Poland use InPost parcel lockers, and the company’s expansion throughout Europe includes a network of more than 50,000 pick-up locations.
Rafał also offered InPost logistics resources to support the work of a humanitarian organization in moving supplies to refugees throughout Poland.
Rafał was selected as EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2021 Poland.
