David is the EY Americas FAAS Markets Activation Leader and also serves as the EY Americas Assurance Advisory Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Mining & Metals Leader.
He brings more than three decades of experience serving a variety of industries, including oil and gas, chemicals, manufacturing technology and mining with clients ranging from small startups to large, public, multinational companies. He has extensive experience with Fortune 1000 companies and participates in significant M&A activities, as well as divestitures of business segments.
David spent his first five years with the firm as an audit partner, and since 2010, he has helped non-audit clients ranging from small startups to Fortune 50 companies address accounting, compliance and regulatory reporting challenges, as well as finance optimization and enhanced corporate reporting.
He previously held the EY US – West Region FAAS Leader and IPO Leader titles, and holds a BBA in Accounting from Baylor University.
