Prior to joining EY Indonesia, he had 20 years of experience in the business law practice with one of the most reputable law firms in Indonesia. He has been exposed in buy-side and sell-side transactions involving multiple industries and business sectors throughout his career.
Fahrul has an extensive portfolio of legal advisory practices in Indonesia covering a wide range of services including legal due diligence, compliance, structuring, and merger and acquisition of inbound investments with global and multinational companies across various industries.
He holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Indonesia and a Master of Law degree from the University of Chicago. He is an active member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi) and the Capital Market Legal Consultants Association (HKHPM).
