Triadi is a Partner in EY’s International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS), focusing on Transaction (M&A) taxation. His area of responsibility includes tax due diligence, tax structuring and other M&A tax advisory works.
Having comprehensive experiences in Indonesian tax consulting practice, Triadi is an expert in a wide-range of tax services including advisories, due diligence, dispute resolution, compliance, structuring, merger and acquisition.
Before joining EY Indonesia, he has served a leadership role in other Big 4 companies. His extensive professional career includes working in Australia at a global firm where he was assigned to provide the perspective of hands-on international experience.
He received his bachelor’s degree in Economics, majoring in Accounting, from University of Indonesia. Triadi is a licensed tax consultant (Brevet C) and tax court attorney. He is also a member of the Indonesian Tax Consultant Association (IKPI), Indonesian Chartered Accountant (CA Indonesia), and Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI).
