How Charlie is building a better working world

“The FS sector is a critical part of the global economy and a key part of everyone’s lives. Many of the projects I advise my clients on are around the many steps required to improve their customers’ experience and satisfaction through improved service levels and higher degrees of customization. These improvements are often enabled via technology led transformation and through the use of new technologies such as intelligent automation, AI, cloud, data and analytics, and teaming with FinTechs.

Regulators are also increasingly directing the Financial Services sector on key topics including sustainable finance, fairness, transparency and value for money.  I am regularly involved in helping the clients understand what the regulator expects and how to operationalize that for themselves and their customers.”
