The Master Thesis Mentoring Program

The EY Master Thesis Mentoring Program spans from the early stages of your thesis process to your final defense. You’ll be paired with a dedicated mentor from EY who has industry knowledge and expertise within your chosen research field. Together, you’ll explore a topic that is both academically relevant and strategically important to EY.

What we offer

  • Access to relevant insights, methodologies, and a large network of experts within your research field.
  • A dedicated mentor who will challenge your thinking and provide feedback on your research direction and table of contents.
  • Support in connecting with relevant EY-professionals for interviews and data collection.
  • A structured collaboration with regular check-ins and guidance throughout your thesis journey.

About you

You are motivated by solving complex problems and eager to apply your analytical skills to real-world challenges. You approach your work with curiosity, creativity, and ambition—and you’re passionate about your chosen topic.

You are eligible to apply if you are enrolled in a master’s program and plan to write your thesis within one or more of the listed topics. We welcome students across all academic backgrounds—whether you study technology, cybersecurity, economics, engineering, communication, data analytics, or something else entirely.

Available topics for selection

We’re currently putting our heads together to identify the most exciting and trending business challenges across EY. The available thesis topics will be published right here in mid-August.

We encourage you to check back during that time to explore the topics and begin preparing your application.
