The Master Thesis Mentoring Program

Would you like to be mentored by experienced consultants within your research field and develop skills that will help you plan your thesis and defend it in an interesting, clear and concise way?

EY’s Master Thesis Mentoring Program spans from the beginning of your thesis process to the ending of your thesis defense. We pair you with an experienced consultant who has industry knowledge and expertise within your chosen research field.

It is up to you to choose if you want to write your master thesis project in collaboration with a case company or keep it purely theoretical. However, if you wish to collaborate with a case company, we expect you to establish contacts at the company yourself.

What we offer:

  • Access to relevant insights, methodologies and a large network of experts within your research field.
  • Appointment of an associated counselor that will challenge your thought process and provide insights into your problems and solutions.
  • Guidance in advancing your skills and techniques—from planning your thesis to presenting your findings concisely.

About you

You are motivated by solving complex problems and are eager to apply your analytical skills to real-world problems. You also possess an innovative approach to finding solutions. But most importantly, we expect you to be passionate and ambitious about your chosen project.

Consulting at EY is contributing to a better working world by helping employees, clients and communities realize their potential.
