Péter joined EY Hungary in April 2018, he is responsible for the Financial Services Risk Management Consulting services. At the beginning of his career he worked for Hungarian banks in the Treasury-ALM field for more than 5 years then worked 3 years in the UK market as an independent Treasury-ALM modelling and risk management consultant delivering large scale projects for international banks.
During his EY career, Péter served most of the Hungarian banks by leading large scale projects and also served Tier1 banking clients in the UK. Among others, he possess significant experience in ALM framework development, IRRBB model development, setting up hedging strategies, liquidity management, reporting and forecasting, credit risk model development and validations or development of management reporting frameworks.
He is a certified Professional Risk Manager (PRM™), holds the Sustainability and Climate Risk certificate (SCR®), the Hungarian Stock Exchange Exam, and the CEFA certificate. He is also an advanced user of MS/Oracle SQL and VBA, and basic user of Python.
Péter likes spending time with his family in his free time, playing bass guitar and doing sports like tennis, squash and snowboarding.
