Keith Thomas is an Associate Partner in Ernst & Young Tax Co, providing transfer pricing and operating model effectiveness services to his clients. His primary focus is to support clients in navigating transfer pricing controversy, which can include audits, advance pricing agreements (unilateral and bilateral APA) and mutual agreement procedures (MAP).
Keith began his career in tax, and later transfer pricing, in the UK and has now worked in Tokyo for 15 years, serving Japanese and international clients.
He is a (UK) Chartered Tax Advisor from the Chartered Institute of Taxation and a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland. In addition, he holds a MSc in Management from the University of Bath, UK.
