Keisuke Takayanagi is leader in the Talent Sector of EY Japan’s People Advisory Services. He has 15 years' experience in organizational and HR consulting practice, and worked in IT and professional service firms before taking his current position.

Working across wide range of projects, he specializes in global talent management, personnel and compensation optimization, talent development, and enhancing human resource operations (business improvement, business integration, and sourcing plans).

With overseas experience gained from working in south-east Asia, he has acquired extensive knowledge of the issues surrounding talent management faced by Japanese multinationals across the region.

He is a co-author of "Strategic Management of Personnel and Labor Cost" ((Roumu-Gyosei, 2013). He also gives seminars and regularly contributes articles to business and human resources magazines.
