With over 20 years of experience in marketing, analytics and insight, Michael leads the Customer & Growth practice in New Zealand and is the NZ lead for EY’s Future Consumer Index.
Michael has led and developed high performing teams in multiple sectors, including energy, insurance, fintech, foodtech and professional services.
He has a focus on leading customer-led transformation programs of work, and has worked across projects comprising growth strategy, customer experience and loyalty, and product and service innovation.
Michael holds a BA(Hons) Geography from the University of Birmingham and a MA(Hons) History of Art from the University of Auckland.
