ベトナム税関アラート ‐ 2021年No. 4
ASEAN10カ国、オーストラリア、中国、日本、ニュージーランド、韓国との地域的な包括的経済連携（RCEP）協定 は2022年1月に発効します。
RCEPは、オーストラリア、ブルネイ、カンボジア、中国、日本、ラオス、ニュージーランド、シンガポール、タイ、ベトナムが批准しており、ASEAN10か国の過半数（6カ国以上）とその他の国の過半数（3か国以上）の批准という発効の要件を満たしました。この自由貿易協定（FTA）の実施に向けて、ベトナムの特恵関税や原産地規則が間もなく公表される予定です。
