Isabelle is a Partner in the People Advisory Services team, advising on corporate culture, DE&I and change management. She has over 15 years of experience in these areas, mainly in the banking sector, before joining EY Switzerland in 2019. Isabelle studied Econometrics and Business Administration in Switzerland and France and is a mother of two girls.
