Application guidance:

• Please apply to no more than two jobs within a six-month period. 
• After applying, you will receive an email invitation within one business day to complete an EY skills assessment. Please complete and submit the assessment within the stated time frame to complete your application.
• Please review the locations noted in each job description and align the location preferences in your application to that job’s available locations.
• Each application is processed individually. Our response times may vary.
• The style, format and number of rounds of EY interviews are based on business needs and may include prerecorded video, live video and case study interviews.

Early Careers employment sponsorship opportunities

For most Early Careers opportunities, candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without employer sponsorship. 

Currently, a limited number of Early Careers opportunities may be eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization, including select roles within the service lines listed below. 

Sponsorship eligibility is determined on a role-by-role basis and may change based on business needs, workforce planning and regulatory considerations. Candidates should review individual job descriptions for the most current information.
