NEW YORK – EY US has elected Dante D’Egidio as the firm’s next US Managing Partner as of July 1, 2026. D’Egidio’s extensive 30-year career with the EY organization has centered on developing inclusive high-performing teams, delivering high-impact, measurable results for clients and innovating the firm for the future.

D’Egidio has served as EY Americas Vice Chair of Assurance since 2023, where he spearheaded the firm’s $1 billion investment in technology and talent, led large-scale transformation and relentlessly focused on exceptional client service. He served as the global coordinating and senior advisory partner for some of the firm’s largest and most complex clients and boards, building strong relationships and advising companies through significant global change, including capital market transactions, initial public offerings, M&A and divestitures, and technology transformations.

D’Egidio will succeed Julie Boland, who will retire from EY US when her term ends on June 30, 2026. Boland has driven AI-enabled growth, increased sector strength and made significant investments in technology, talent and culture.

Our partners have selected a transformative, values-driven leader to steward the firm in this important moment. Dante leads with authenticity, balancing bold innovation with quality while deepening our commitment to living our core values. It has been among my greatest honors to serve this firm and our people. I have witnessed firsthand how we unite to champion our values and deliver sustained outcomes for clients.

He will lead the EY US firm and serve as the Americas Managing Partner, which is the largest region in the EY organization’s network and represents more than US$24 billion in combined revenues and over 92,000 people in member firms across 33 countries.

I am humbled and honored to lead EY US at this critical moment. As AI reshapes every industry, we have the incredible opportunity to advise and guide clients through their transformation. We are building the professional services firm of the future now by combining our exceptional people and our leading-class technologies to bring the whole of the EY organization to our clients and stakeholders.
I am confident that through Dante’s leadership we will continue to be the most globally integrated professional services organization, best positioned to help the world’s organizations confront their biggest challenges and capitalize on their greatest opportunities. We also want to extend our deep appreciation to Julie for the significant contributions she has made throughout her tenure in this role.
