As the EY Americas FAAS TMT Industry and Sector Leader and head of the Technology practice, Adam brings more than two decades of experience, serving technology clients ranging from startups to multinational public companies. He helps clients navigate the CFO’s agenda, offering insights and services that aid in compliance with the dynamic financial reporting landscape and increased transparency amid shifting economic and regulatory conditions. He works with private equity-backed companies and small private and public entities, verifying that their financials and underlying business strategies are robust and effective.

Adam advises clients on technical accounting and financial reporting matters, including IPO and SPAC registration processes, purchase accounting, accounting for spin-offs, SEC comment letter responses, complex revenue matters, divestitures and restructuring.

Adam has a BS in Commerce in Accounting and a minor in Mathematics from Santa Clara University. He serves on the board of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
