Allen is a partner of Ernst & Young LLP and the EY Americas Leader – Insurance & Federal Claims Services practice. He has spent the majority of his career helping clients achieve financial recovery from disasters through commercial insurance claims, FEMA’s Public Assistance program, HUD CDBG-DR grants and other sources of funding.
Over the past 25 years, Allen has assisted clients in the attainment and resolution of over $20 billion in insured claims and federal disaster grants resulting from various loss events around the globe. He also regularly provides industry thought leadership through presentations at the various industry events. Allen also serves as the Government & Public Sector Solution Leader for Emergency Management related services to the State & Local marketplace.
He is a Certified Public Accountant, an Attorney (currently inactive status) and a CFF (Certified in Financial Forensics).
