Alysia is the Managing Partner for the Metro New York City and Hoboken offices of Ernst & Young LLP (EY US) and is responsible for the overall client service and internal management of the EY US member firm’s headquarters and largest office in New York City, as well as the office in Hoboken, New Jersey and two wavespace™ locations in Manhattan. Alysia leads over 13,500 New York City-area professionals in fostering a culture of belonging while providing quality service to clients.
Alysia is dedicated to people and talent initiatives, working closely with the firm’s Vice Chair of Talent on re-envisioning and scaling the EY neurodiversity programs as well as broadening the talent pipeline to incorporate more AI and skills-based assessments to attract new and different talent.
