How Alysia is shaping the future with confidence

"I am passionate about giving back to New York City, where I represent EY US on the New York Jobs CEO Council, which seeks to train, empower and hire 100,000 underserved New Yorkers. I am also honored to sit on the NYC Future of Work Task Force, as well as the boards of WhyHunger and NYC Autism Charter Schools in Harlem and the South Bronx.

As a proud parent of two children with autism, I am building a better working world by serving as an outspoken advocate for the neurodivergent community. This includes speaking with organizations about neurodiversity and promoting flexibility and work-life balance, especially for working parents and caregivers, through leading by example."
