Amy is a managing director in Strategy & Execution with EY-Parthenon, Ernst & Young LLP.
She focuses on in health care mergers and acquisition strategy, corporate development, due diligence, integrations and value creation. She works with health care clients including large health systems, academic medical centers, community hospitals and multi-site clinics, and health plans.
Amy has an MBA in Management & Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a BS in Finance from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She also is a CPA in Illinois.
How Amy is building a better working world
Amy led the integration of a large transformational asset transaction of four regional community hospitals and associated outpatient locations for a large West Coast-based academic medical center. The system was looking to extend its system presence and mission in its regional geography. For this same client, she also led TSA management, synergy and value creation realization engagements.
