Amy is a principal in the Financial Services Organization, Wealth and Asset Management, with 25 years of experience in the industry.
She has extensive experience assisting investment advisors and investment funds, including mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, interval and tender offer funds, business development companies and collective investment trusts with technical tax law and compliance.
Prior to joining the firm, she was a senior tax counsel at one of the world’s largest fund sponsors. She was also a tax partner at an international law firm working with a wide range of investment management clients.
Amy is a former chair of the Investment Management Committee of the American Bar Association’s Section of Taxation.
She has a BA in Economics from the University of Notre Dame and a JD from Boston College Law School.
