In his role as managing director with Ernst & Young LLP, Andy helps organizations design and implement capital markets technology capabilities needed to compete in a rapidly evolving market. With a focus on emerging areas such as prediction markets, he advises sportsbook and digital native organizations entering the US market while helping established firms respond to new entrants and strengthen their competitive positioning.
Andy brings more than four decades of global experience delivering IT solutions from strategy through execution. His experience includes overseeing the launch of a US futures and options exchange and leading the design and implementation of IT systems and support services for a clearinghouse.
Andy holds a BSc in Management Systems from Birmingham City University in England.
