How April is building a better working world
“I strive to create an environment where every member of my team feels a sense of belonging and where they can bring their true self to work. A diverse team where everyone feels like they belong always results in the best solutions for the complex challenges our clients are facing.
In addition to devoting time to developing and sponsoring EY women, I have also mentored and supported girls through my service on the Board of Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles.”
