As a Managing Director with over 18 years with EY US, Ashley is focused on helping clients in the areas of Human Capital, HR Transformation and HR Tax related matters.
Ashley works with clients across multiple industries specializing in HR Risk, advising clients on a multitude of issues addressing the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA and HR issues related to employee benefit programs.
Ashley holds a BS in Business from Pepperdine University, and a Master of Business Administration from Golden Gate University. She is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist designated by the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in affiliation with the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. She is also an IRS Enrolled Agent.
