As a manager in Supply Chain Consulting at Ernst & Young LLP, Austin focuses on providing digital manufacturing solutions in life sciences. He has seven years of manufacturing experience across pharma, medical, automotive, industrial and consumer products.

He has played key roles in deploying electronic batch records across a major pharma manufacturing site, in supporting software demonstrations before leadership and technicians to prepare for go-live events, and in developing analytical dashboards to manage costs and deployment metrics.

Austin is certified in SAFe Agile Scrum Master and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and trained in reducing seven forms of manufacturing waste. He has a proven track record in performing equipment reliability, statistical process control, failure mode and effects analyses (FMEA). He graduated with an MBA from the University of Delaware and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
