Ayleen is a principal with EY-Parthenon’s Transaction Strategy & Execution. She has over 15 years of experience as a strategic advisor for technology and telecom clients. She helps clients realize their M&A objectives with a focus on corporate IT and product technology organizations.

She has advised clients through all phases of complex M&A and technology transformations, including operational diligence, day one and future-state planning and operationalization, and technology-led value creation.

She is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusivity and sponsors EY-Parthenon’s Strategy & Execution Women in Technology community.

Ayleen has a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership & Change from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
