How Beatriz is shaping the future with confidence

“One of the most rewarding parts of my role has been coaching colleagues who are just starting their careers, helping them to develop leadership skills by thinking strategically, building confidence and asking smart questions to drive meaningful conversations with stakeholders. Often the key to finding creative solutions and being successful in challenging roles comes down to keeping a positive mindset, staying present and concentrating on what is in your control.”
