As the former head of government relations for a global financial firm and insurance company, Bill has deep experience navigating complicated tax and financial services issues.

Bill worked in the House of Representatives for a member of the House Ways & Means and Financial Services Committee. He also worked at the U.S. Treasury Department.

Bill has a BA in Politics from Juniata College, a JD from the Boston University School of Law and an LLM in Taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center.

Bill extends that commitment to education by serving on the Board of Trustees at his alma mater, Juniata College, where he also started a scholarship in honor of his father to support first-generation college students.
