A financial services leader with over 25 years of experience, Brett leads the Real Estate practice for EY-Parthenon, as well as the Financial Services Corporate Finance team, where he helps navigate complex challenges through a deep understanding of valuation, due diligence, corporate finance and strategy. He brings a global perspective and an intricate knowledge of the impact of capital markets on the real estate and adjacent sectors including real estate and healthcare.

Brett is a managing broker, serves in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Board Committee for real estate and construction, and is on the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries Board Committee for debt.

Brett earned a BBA in Finance, Investment and Banking; Real Estate and Urban Land Economics; and Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
