Brock is a partner with Ernst and Young LLP and the EY Americas Family Enterprise Leader. He manages a market-leading team focused on family enterprise clients, supporting family businesses, family offices and their stakeholders – as they navigate the subtleties and complexities of family enterprise ownership.
With more than 25 years of experience, Brock has significant knowledge of the unique issues facing family enterprises, including due diligence, family office design, generational wealth transfers, partnership planning, structuring, controversy and operating model development and implementation.
As a partner, he has supported clients through ever-changing markets, complex business challenges and planning, implementing and reporting transactions throughout various stages of the transaction lifecycle.
Prior to transferring to the Houston office, Brock completed a three-year rotation in the EY National Tax Real Estate Group in Washington, DC.
Brock holds a Master of Accountancy with a tax emphasis and a BS (cum laude) from Brigham Young University.
