Based in Houston, Bruce leads the Strategy and Transactions practice in Energy for the EY US-West Region and currently serves one of the largest international oil and gas companies in the world.

For more than 20 years at the firm, Bruce’s work has spanned across global private equity and energy industries, with a heavy emphasis on oil and gas and energy transition.

Bruce helps clients with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and strategy agendas. He has extensive experience with sell-side transactions, complex carve-outs, rollups and bolt-ons. During his tenure at the firm, he has advised on hundreds of transactions, both domestic and international.

Bruce earned his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and holds his MAcc from the University of Virginia.
