Combining deep digital acumen with a visionary mindset, Cale serves as the EY Americas Assurance Digital Leader. He oversees key areas, such as strategy, solution integration, data delivery, support and enablement, client integration and people.
Cale brings a wealth of experience in client technology, having served on our Global Audit Transformation team. He played a key role in the design, delivery and deployment of EY Canvas, a core component of EY’s global audit platform. Previously, Cale served as the Innovation and Digital Leader for the Southwest Region, where he built a network of coaches and data support professionals.
In addition to his client and practice responsibilities, Cale leads the Phoenix office Inclusiveness Council and is a member of the EY Ripples community engagement task force. He also serves on the boards of the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce and Junior Achievement.
