Carolina Lacerda

With over 20 years of experience in hospitality, tourism and real estate, Carolina serves as an EY-Parthenon senior director. Having worked in every aspect of the hotel industry, she advises clients on leading strategies for their companies, including expansion, disposition and efficiency strategies.

Carolina leads strategic assignments for hotel chains, cruise lines and theme parks, focusing on growth strategies, optimization and new concepts. Her knowledge extends to portfolio valuations, feasibility studies and operator selection for hotel investors, with a strong emphasis on expanding relationships in Latin America, the Caribbean and the US.

Carolina previously served as SVP Capital Markets LatAm and Country Director for Mexico for one of the largest global real estate companies, where she was for 14 years. She managed $5 million in annual revenue and $3 billion in total hotel transactions.

Carolina has a BS in Hospitality Management and Economics from the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland.
